"The end of the world" (our building) was built around 1900 for Mathieu Daemen, a trader in: haberdashery, carpets, linoleum and furniture fabrics. Over the years, trading has never left the building, which is why Accent is a perfect match with the location.
 

Our office combines hard work with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We have an in-house brown bar and fantastic relaxing areas with (amongst some other things) a pool table, plenty reading material, massage chairs and darts.
 

Why name the building "The End of the World"? This arose popularly because, before the Spuistraat was there (around 1866), the quay of the Voorburgwal ended here.

With the office being 200 meters walking from the beach and the sun always shining, the day starts with a lot of motivation. It has an exciting atmosphere and because of our pool table, dartboard and two big couches to chill (with a small library that has around of 60 trading-related books), it is also a place to relax. Next to the fact that the weather is wonderful, we have lots of air conditioning to keep the head cool.
